quality for years.- Schurrtop started carcass testing in 1971. -Poor
carcass quality cattle are culled. -Only high cutability sires with
desirable yield grades are used. -We supply you with more direct
pedigree carcass info. based on generations of data.

cattle. The bottom end has already been culled.
